Lottery settings must be possible to be saved.
The lottery can be done using different methods and these methods can be different per event. The different methods are:

Random
Basis van ploeg resultaat van vorig jaar [based on crew results of previous year]
Basis van club resultaat van vorig jaar [based on club results of previous year]
Basis van ingevoerde resultaten (ronde/ingeleverde streeftijden) [based on input results, such as a previous round or uploaded goal split]

In settings it must be possible to select correct previous race or events to base the draw on (for club or crew results) and save this selection.
In settings it should be possible to import files for crews and results.
It should be possible to add lottery exception for individual crews.

After the lots are drawn an overview should be given:

The lottery results should show the reason for the placement for each crew. (random toss number, recognised previous result, etc).
Would be nice to be able to print the lottery results from this page.

Lottery should also be renamed to Draw if possible
