I'm trying to use the Proxmark3 to simulate an HID S12906 card but have not had any success. I am able to read the original card using lf hid read, as well as clone the card to a T5577 chip, using lf hid clone f <facility code> c < card number>. I am then able to verify that the cloned card works on the reader. However, when I try and simulate the card using lf hid sim <id found in step 1> the reader does not respond at all - no indication it has even seen a card presented.
Am I missing something obvious?
