How do I broadcast a message to the server with a plugin

Hello all,
I am making a plugin for the admins of my server and I need it to broadcast a message to the server. Also how do I get the args from the command and store them in a string
here is the code I have so far

Try TShockAPI.Utils.Instance.Broadcast(args.Parameters[0]);.
Command args will be split, so it might be better to check if args.Parameters.Count > 0 before [0]
