Issues with Mac build

I opened this issue previously:

It seems that a fix was merged so i changed my pryproject.toml from

[build-system]
requires = ["maturin>=0.13,<0.14"]
build-backend = "maturin"

to

[build-system]
requires = ["maturin>=0.14"]
build-backend = "maturin"

but that caused this build to fail by the action (I have added you as a collaborator if you're happy to look)

Try export MACOSX_DEPLOYMENT_TARGET=10.15 before running maturin-action, it's very likely that zeromq doesn't support macOS 10.7 now. 10.7 is the default target version for x86_64 macOS at the moment.
