v0.1.2 Minor updates and better Readme

Changes:

• Updated the alarmsensors list to contain entities instead of dictionaries.
• Tried to make the code more readable.
• Added the choice to change from Morning to Normal when a person leaves home.
• Changed 'away_state' to 'vacation' in configuration of the app to better reflect function of input boolean.
