install python package with yml

  • 1.delete version number
  • 1.1 conda env create -f cloud_lesson.yml
  • 2.python -m pip install pip==9.0.3 :solve Modulenotfound:pip.req
  • 3.pip install -r requirements
  • 3.pip install open3d, update open3d from 0.7.0 to 0.9.0, new construct function for Lineset =======
