POSTBETA: at least 1 QU is needed to make a transaction, even a 0 value one #176

This means currently a sell order will be accepted if you have the tokens to sell but the transaction will never confirm as the rule about needing at least 1 QU is violated.

I think just to make sure there is at least 1QU for all transactions will solve this
