This patch fixes missing headers in the artifacts and extends the documentation for working with the artifacts.

The following artifacts (6) are provided:

Ubuntu Linux 20.04, gcc 9.3.0: (2 artifacts) shared and static
Windows 10, Visual Studio 2019 (4 artifacts): Win32 and x64, shared and static

Remark:
For the Windows static versions it is crucial to use Visual Studio 2019 in Release mode.
