This release implements the OSC Standard 1.2.

The following artifacts (6) are provided:

Ubuntu Linux 20.04.5, gcc 9.4.0: (2 artifacts) shared and static, both release
Windows Server 2022, Visual Studio 2022 (4 artifacts): Win32 and x64, shared and static, all of them release

Remark:
For the Windows static release versions it is crucial to use Visual Studio 2022 in Release mode.
