Removed java and consolidated cmake

In this release java version has been removed. Also the cmake procedure has been consolidated. See project home and Readme.md for the new documentation.

Moving wiki to asciidoc

Moved wiki to asciidoc ./doc/main.adoc, to preserve the dcumentation of the tagged release.

Moving documentation from wiki to project

Movng the documentation from wiki to the project preserves the documentation right with the project.

Introducing the writer api

Switching to the writer api. Also from this release on the code generator is included in the project (See /generator).
This version has small incompatibities to 0.9.0. Most of the changes youi have to accomplish to your code is straight forward and should be guided by your compiler.

Original Reader API

Ths realease is based on the original reader api.
