[ Feature ] Changing Streamtitle with the teams-module

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
In our Stream we swap the title for every game e.g. FrankenFinals 2023 - D5F vs ESE - Game 1. It would be an awesome help to swap this title automatically with the twitch and/or the teams module.

Describe the solution you'd like
Set the new match via the teams module (as I already have to do), define a syntax with variables for the stream title in advance, then push a button to update the title (maybe have a preview of the next given title and the title at the moment)
