[ Feature ] Show First Tower pop up

I mean, if first break will fall, picture will run up and same with the baron or elder. If you don't know what i mean, i will add some pictures

This is for example when barron fall or is it killed - this graphic will pop up:

And something similar is for First break or when team destroy first tower - also pop up some picture. I did not find it but in every mayor league they have it :D

What do you mean with "first break"? The first tower killed? Tower plates falling?
