Likely via Buffer or similar.

We want to be able to:

queue up tweets for past videos
queue up tweets post-event as videos roll-out
(ideally) queue up tweets for other things besides videos (articles, etc?)

MUST provide image tweeting for Video cover image promotion.

SHOULD mention the twitter user of the presenter (or at least their name).
