webrtc-cli test

1. run signal
2. run webrtc-cli, type signal server address and select a folder, click "connect", then you can get a token
3. deploy simple-test-page, the easiest way is using Web Server for Chrome
4. open beautiful.html, type the token
5. you can explore your seleted folder, and download files by webrtc datachannel.
