In the English language you'd ususally have commas as thousands separators and dots as decimal points, which is exactly vice versa in other languages such as German. Therefore a number like 12,180.45 is written as 12.180,45. I use the latter and my problem is that numbers such as 12.180 are rendered as 12.18 because it omits the 0 thinking it is a decimal point. I'd like to have a setting where you can change how dots and commas are interpreted in that regard.
