Hey there! 👋 I'm Rahul Tawar.


A Little About Me

I’m a computer science student with a passion for generative AI. My current project, Promptell, allows users to create and discover AI prompts, combining my interests in technology and creativity.

I have experience with a diverse tech stack, including Go, Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, AWS, Django, and the MERN stack, along with a focus on natural language processing (NLP).

I believe in the value of lifelong learning, enjoy reading books, and a part-time lover of physics.

📚 Some Projects I’m Proud Of

The Tender Management System is designed to streamline the tender procurement process, making it more efficient and transparent. This project leverages a custom API inspired by the Open Procurement API to enable seamless data handling and provide comprehensive tender information.

Key Features

  • Custom API: Developed a tailored API that supports various tender procurement functionalities, including creating, updating, and managing tender applications.
  • User Interface: The front end is built with React.js to provide an intuitive, user-friendly experience for managing tenders.
  • Database: MySQL is used to ensure robust data management and quick access to information related to tenders, bids, and applicants.
  • Hosting: The application is hosted on AWS, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.

Learning Highlights

This project was an incredible learning experience! From setting up and optimizing the backend to deploying on AWS, it challenged me to understand and implement the procurement process end-to-end. I’m proud of how it turned out and am excited about its potential for real-world applications.

  • MongoDB: For storing user-generated prompts and data.

Current Status
