Disables some camera fixes if xen's Escape the Dreamstalker mod is detected. Maybe this breaks some minor things but should mostly work with that spooky mod now. Happy Halloween.

Also DESTROYS all bepinex-related stuff from the codebase, since that wasn't working anymore and was just getting in the way.
