Release selection should be mandatory to load the story map

It would be nice if you don't have to select a release to use the story map.
I use it for early stage story mapping where I don't think about what release I want to target the work for, however the app requires that I select at least one Release to load my Initiative and all child items. I would be very useful if that condition could be removed.
