We should add a feature that reminds students not to ping the FOP-Orga directly. This would also needs a Role-Bypass for Tutors and Staff.

How do you imagine such a reminder to work? I guess the bot cannot react to messages that have not yet been sent, so the message would have pinged orga already when the bot reacts.

What should the bot do then? I could think of changing the ping to Tutors or remove it all together and additionally sending a DM to the user who sent the message

The ping will go through, but then the bot will respond with a warning, without deleting the message (i hate ghost pings^^). If abused too often (i'd say > 3 times in one day or > 10 times in a week) the user gets a "chatban" role, where they cannot write any messages anywhere for increasing amounts of time with each subsequent abuse. We could also kick when heavily abused, but i don't think this should be an automated decision, as we haven't encountered heavy abuse yet in three years of using Discord for the lecture.
