RMS input from list of reactions with given rate constants?

Hi RMS team,

a quick question for creating an input for RMS:
Is it possible to have an input derived from a given list of reactions with their species and corresponding rate constants for forward and backward reactions? This might lead to different energies of one species, if I understand the current logic correctly, but would be very helpful from an experimentalist point of view.
