Combat Rifle is disproportionally loud compared to other rapid-fire rifles

At some point the rifle with the shotgun altfire had its firing sound changed (probably April 20, 2023, with some sound fixes later in September). I now find it to be considerably louder than Assault/Prototype/Heavy Rifle and I find this situation wrong, as I don't see any reason (such as power level) for it to stand out as much.
