- search, and filter on the endorsement list
- upvote/downvote on an endorsement with a description
- see all the skills
- see all the skills of a person
- reject/approve a request to assign a certain skill to the user.
- View all the votes on an endorsement request
- View the logs of the skills assigned and endorsements approval.
- User profile page.
- see all the people having a certain skill
- What should happen to the skills data if the person gets archived in our RDS backend?
