Added a few new updates from contributors.
- Updated Readme to include new URL to the ServiceNow Share/Developer UpdateSet
- Added a debounce to files to better support Linux
- set app now will allow for a partial match of the application name. It prioritizes a complete match first. For example, If there are two applications PDF and My PDF Application set app PDF will match the PDF application.
