Addressing PR #7

This release adds some features developed by cphyc:

• An 'angular-resizable.resizing' event was added. It fires every 100ms whilst the directive is being resized and emits the corresponding directives info.
• You can now customize the inner html of the grabber elements using the attribute r-grabber.
