08‐ ILI9341 Display
The ILI9341 TFT Touch Display is techncially not part of the clock project. It does not connect to the clock nor use or rely on the clock for its display functionality. The only thing it shares in common with the clock is the 5V power supply.
In addition, the display has its own controller, its own PCB and runs ESPHome, along wiht a special display library created by kdorff. All information displayed on the screen is via Home Assistant and Home Assistant sensors.
