SRB2 Emblem Displayer

Warning : If you want to use your previous layouts with this new version, please use the layout converter to convert them (works for layouts from version 1.5)

Changes :
-Shows the icon in every window
-Asks where to save if the previous layout couldn't be loaded
-Now cancels if you're clicking on the "X"
-New option to display some text after the emblem count (i.e. : (emblem count) / 200)
-New option to reset the emblem count to 0
-New hotkeys settings to reset to 0 emblems and enabling the hotkeys
(More hotkeys are to come in the future)
