New Riverscape Consortium Fonts

Hello @Riverscapes/riverscape-project-curators,
Our Information Architect, Pixel Salad Studios, has give us our graphic identity spec for the rebranding, refresh of the Riverscapes Consortium. We want this to be distinctive from the labs graphic identity. You will see changes starting to trickle in and roll out across different Applications and Websites in the coming months.

Our new graphic identity for RS_Consortium (not lab) includes Jeb Brains font for Headings and big map features, and Karla for annotations, minor labels and body text.

The lab should stick with its own cartographic identity for maps we make, but when symbolizing labels in Riverscapes Viewer (former RAVE), lets use the Riverscapes Consortium identity. This really just impacts what fonts you use on labeled layers. You may need to download and install the fonts on your machine too.

@philipbaileynar anything to add? @wally-mac please include anyone I missed (i.e. add them to @Riverscapes/riverscape-project-curators.
