From the homed out rats and the connected owners (requires #12), we could query the distinct owners across the litter and surface that on the litter page. While #24 deals with the possibility to automatically contact the owners with a specific function, this puts power in the hands of the breeder to do their own contacting or whatever else they may want the information for.
