Owners - Add a system around managing if they're "Interested in next round"

So an interesting idea was proposed which could see basemix used as a bit of waiting list management. Ideally you would be able to mark that owners have expressed interest in the next round of litters and have the system automatically reset these values when a round has happened.

This is not insignificant work. Conceptually would require an understanding of "breeding rounds" that works for all breeders / can get out of the way for those who don't want it, and is lightweight enough to use. Possibly merits eventing or scheduling to handle. Lot to think about, very raw and rough idea so far.
