• Add initial ruleset localisation support (#408) : Since I start spectating on how ruleset release the localisation file and I found that a lot of ruleset release it using just a one zip file that contain all language there. This PRs start support on that method and we need to write on how to import the language file too. (With better if we can list a support language not in a manual way but using the same update way that we currently run it in a seperate thread in a background) The localisation data will not show but it will show on production soon after release.

This release add a ruleset localisation support to show the localisation file if ruleset have it. This is just initialial phase and it need some more work to make it look better. If you have any idea you can reach me in Discord!

• Bump Bootstrap's major version to 5.2 (#385) : This patch make overall styling that's use Bootstrap element better since it's more round and some bug fix that I wait for Bootstrap to update.

This release update our core styling library to latest version that I test and it's make the site's styling better. Also bump all related dependencies to latest version. Thanks for using this website!
