NSG&B, the Nordic collaboration project with representatives from all Nordic countries business registration offices, have published a model with examples for signatory rights: https://github.com/nordicsmartgovernment/Nordic-Smart-Government-Datamodel-Examples
This is an application profile based on the Nordic Core Business Vocabulary: https://tietomallit.suomi.fi/model/ncbv/ that can be seen as an expansion of EU Core Business Vocabulary.

It is verified that this models works from a Nordic perspective when you want to describe the details about signatory rights. Signatory rights can be complex but we feel this model gives a reply that is easy to understand. EU need a model for signatory rights that is needed in a lot of projects like BRIS, EWC, EU company certificate etc.

With small adjustments, we think that this model can be utilized also in the discussions about a model for Power of Attorney.

We very much look forward to comments and questions about this model, feel free to speak your mind!

Dear PerNordanlind,

SEMIC would be interested to reuse aspects of your model within the Core Business Vocabulary. Would it be okay to discuss your model and the potential for reuse in an upcoming webinar?

We are currently still in a planning and handover stage, a colleague of mine or EU representative will inform you of the webinar date once it is planned.

Kind regards,
Emiel representing SEMIC

Great! Yes we will be happy to discuss the model on a webinar, looking forward to that! I will try to bring in all the major contributors to the model to get a good discussion.
