Deploy to Salesforce does not create a test output

I'm interested in functionality that solves a current problem or limitation in how CumulusCI works.

Does your feature request solve a current problem?

This is a problem related to our deployment process. We are attempting to use CumulusCI to deploy source code into our development sandboxes. As a part of that process we want to be able to run tests and create an output that can be parsed to display the outcome.

Describe the solution you'd like

Update to the deploy task to include a .json and/or .xml file output but otherwise makes no changes to existing functionality.
