Bunch of tools for 3d analysis.
generate_similarity_matrix.py - generating similarity matrix between samples (bedpe files, eg. interactions/loops)
generate_stats.py - generating statistics from bedpe files (length of anchors & loops)
merge_interactions_replicates.py - merging two+ bedpe files into one (eg. interactions) - anchors are merged as the longest we can get
generate_venn.py - generating venn diagram for bedpe files
