일단 지금은 PR 템플릿 안만들었으니까 막 적을게요~
Template md 파일들은 Setting 하면서 만들어지겠지만
우선 패키지 구조만 가시화하려구 임시로 폴더랑 파일 만들어놨으니
[Settings] - [General] 탭 최하단에 가서 템플릿 만들고
미리 만들어놨던 패키지 구조에 맞게 저장해놓으면 됩니다
