Integrate SORMAS-data-generator in the TEST instance.

  • Another docker command that can dock to a SORMAS instance already running in parallel on the host.

  • New Jenkins Job sormas-RunPerformanceTests that spans SORMAS-data-generator (maybe before kills the old one if running), runs it, gets the report to the job console, removes the docker container.
