This is Q5 with reduced number of reads, so subsampling to 4700 read might give a similar pattern

Same as existing Cai2021 data, just subsampled to ~200 reads with

(reverse-i-search)`samtoo': samtools view -b -s 0.00001 HH06D_KD17070846_AH3MKKCCXY_L5_rmdup.bam > HH06D_KD17070846_AH3MKKCCXY_L5_rmdup.180reads.bam
