Describe the Bug

The auto-assign.yml GitHub Action on SSW.People.Profiles is failing and not adding the users to the pull request.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Edit your SSW.People.Profile
2. Raise a PR
3. GitHub Action should run and add you as an assignee

Expected Behavior

When an edit is made to an SSW.People profile, the auto-assign.yml GitHub action is triggered. This action should add the profile owner to the assignee list. The is to ensure the person is notified when their profile has been edited.
