Instructions
(Instructions are valid for first install only, if the app is already installed just launch it and it will autoupdate)
This time you should be able to just copy the ,appxbundle file to your phone and install it using the file manager. If not, please use the usual procedure described in the wiki.
On desktop you also need to add the *.cer file to your system before installing the .appxbundle.
EDIT: If you're having issues on mobile, please try adding the following dependencies using Device Portal.
