Overview Page: Limit ini table output to events since last logon #65

With http://apitest.liquidfeedback.org:25520/member?member_id=21 we get the last activity of the user. Older events should not be shown on the main page.

I like that. For the Filter "New or recently changed Initiatives", we would do that. Since we don't use filters at first, we can use that as standard behaviour.

Another possibility (but I don't know if thats possible) would be showing only those that require Action (like not yet supported).

Okay I have tried this. The last_activity field from the API is not changed when the user logs in via API. Without this, I think filtering with it does not make sense. Would move this to the next milestone.
