This Code of Conduct applies in all community spaces, online and offline. It also applies when an individual is officially representing Telegram Flea, such as during events or in social media posts.

1. Verbal Warning
- Impact: Mildly inappropriate conduct.
- Outcome: A private, written warning and an explanation of why the behavior was inappropriate.
2. Restricted Interaction
- Impact: Single or repeated violations.
- Outcome: Limited interaction with the community for a specified time period.
3. Temporary Ban
- Impact: Serious violations or sustained inappropriate behavior.
- Outcome: A temporary ban from community interaction.
4. Permanent Ban
- Impact: Repeated serious violations or harassment.
- Outcome: Permanent removal from the community.
