Housing items can't be placed from the storeroom

Any items that are stored in the storeroom can not be placed directly, instead they need to be returned to a player inventory and then placed from a players inventory.

Setting reservedFlag on the item doesn't make a difference, nor does spiritBond. Unsure as to whether it is something to do with the item packet or something else I missed along the way.
