Update / Create Office 365 Licenses based on On-Premise AD group membership.

New-CredentialFile

Will create a credential file with the filename [username].clixml in the current directory.
Code steps for the script:

Get Credentials from the user
Check that the credentials is correct and valid
Save the credentials to the file
