Welcome to the Resonate Wiki!
Welcome to Resonate, our cutting-edge Data Science Capstone project led by Dr. Wan Bae at Seattle University.
In the realm of Resonate, our mission is to revolutionize the way we interact with meeting data. Our project envisions an innovative application that allows users to effortlessly upload both audio and video recordings of their meetings. What sets us apart? Users can even upload a series of meetings, fostering a comprehensive understanding of their professional discussions.
What's our unique selling point? Our application is not just a repository for meetings; it's a dynamic platform that leverages Large Language Models (LLM) to generate insightful summaries. But that's not all – our creation goes beyond conventional interfaces. We bring you a chat interface, enabling users to engage with the nuanced details of their meetings effortlessly.
To achieve this, we're embarking on a journey of exploration and optimization. Our team is set to test a multitude of combinations involving various word embeddings and models. The goal? To fine-tune these models using cutting-edge technologies like qLoRA and deep speed, ultimately comparing and selecting the most effective solutions.
Wondering where your uploaded files go? They find a secure home in the Pinecone database, ensuring data integrity and accessibility. And to retrieve the most relevant information, we employ Retrieval Augmented Generative models (RAGs) – because your time is valuable, and so is the information we deliver.
Join us on this exciting journey as we redefine how we perceive, interact with, and extract value from meeting data.
