Development Team

This section introduces the members of the Adventure IT Recruitment Game development team, highlighting their roles, responsibilities, and contributions to the project.

Team Overview

The Adventure IT team comprises diverse talents, each bringing unique skills and perspectives to the project. Our team's collaborative efforts are focused on creating an innovative and effective recruitment tool.

Team Members

Sacha - Product Owner (PO)

  • Responsibilities: Defining project vision, managing the product backlog, and liaising between stakeholders and the development team.
  • Contributions: Ensured that the project's goals were clearly communicated and that the team remained aligned with the stakeholders' expectations.

Léo, César, Enzo - Developers (Back-End and Front-End)

  • Responsibilities: Implementing the application's back-end and front-end functionalities.
  • Contributions: Developed the core application logic, API integrations, and user interface components, ensuring a seamless user experience.

Corentin - UX/UI Designer

  • Responsibilities: Designing the application's user interface and user experience.
  • Contributions: Created intuitive and engaging designs, enhancing the overall user interaction with the game.

Collaboration and Workflow

Our team adopted an Agile workflow, with regular sprints and collaborative planning sessions. This approach fostered open communication and adaptability throughout the development process.
