Apology and Clarification on Repository Cloning

I would like to apologise for:

1. I accidently cloned original Student-Portfolio repository in hurry (which I deleted) instead of cloning the forked.
2. After cloning the forked, there was a modified file of someone, which is not done by me, hence clarifying.
