I often use the "fill offcut" option without the "fill margins" enabled.
Please don't ask why. I already mentioned it in several bug reports and feature requests.
As a result, at the output stage, I require manual offcut adjustments, sending me back to adjust it at the "split page".
This causes invalidation of all content boxes, which is easily solvable for automatically positioned boxes by running "select content" again.
This lives any previously manually adjusted content boxes skipped in that process and misaligned from the movement of offcut positions.
This leaves me with an unnecessary, difficult and tedious process of locating manually adjusted boxes and readjusting them.
In my opinion, the main issue is how content box coordinates are handled. Whether the reference coordinates are from the original picture or are the coordinates referenced from the "split page" version.
