this is a light C# console scripts that can easily encode or decode all of your files's name in one folder via base64.

how to use

1. Add bin\Release\net6.0 folder to your system PATH

2. Open powershell or any other console you prefer

3. run scripts: FileNameCoder.exe -encode DIR

4. or : FileNameCoder.exe -decode DIR
