Make list of platform installers configurable #155

This is a feature request to make the list of downloadable installers for different platfoms customizable more easily. For example, we should have a template for Android downloads like in this implementation from Sensibility Testbed, and a config item in website.py or similar to enable/disable showing the Android item on the download page. (Same for our upcoming OpenWrt ipkg, etc.)

This should also interface with the installer builder script so that only the desired / buildable packages are made.
