This image filter implemented as an ImageJ macro is meant to attenuate parallel, periodic stripes by FFT filtering. It comes with a test image, see help from macro dialog box for usage.
Usage: Configured for test image FFTdeStriper_testimage.tif, press Help from macro Dialog box for help.
