In the heart of Ghana, a mission is brewing—one that intertwines technology, environment, and community welfare. The recent unfortunate events surrounding the dam spillages have not just unfolded a tale of displacement and despair but have also highlighted an urgent call to action. Thousands found themselves at the mercy of unforeseen waters, their lives upturned due to a gap in early warning and sensitization. As the waters continue to challenge the resilience of our communities, the need for an adaptive response is clearer than ever.

Our initiative — a comprehensive Environmental Sensing and Monitoring project— stands at the cusp of this adaptive response. By meticulously tracking and reporting environmental data, we are nurturing a fountain of knowledge vital for research, planning, and proactive hazard mitigation. The echoes of the recent dam spillages are a stark reminder of the potential devastation that can unfold in the blink of an eye. The stories of displacement reverberate through the links below, painting a picture of urgency and the necessity for proactive measures.

However, the Mission Pack may not suit your needs. Therefore, we've updated the collaboration terms. Please provide detailed information on the parameters you need to monitor, such as soil moisture or temperature. We'll provide an appropriate product package based on your requirements.

We have also added a few additional requirements and you may choose whether to agree to the following terms and conditions.

Project Showcase

• One (1) Hackster Post or Github Post
• A video demonstrating a working demo
• Two to three (2-3) images documenting the setup and operation

Guarantee fee

Due to customs and postage issues, we have to add a guarantee fee and shipping cost.

• Guarantee fee : To protect against potential equipment damage, we require a deposit fee that will vary based on the equipment needed. This deposit is fully refundable upon the return of the product.
• Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for covering the international shipping costs.
